It’s Aperitivo hour every hour in our glorious little corner of SPARK. Our menu plays on the timeless Italian pre dinner drink, Aperol Spritz. We master the classic alongside a host of flavoured options designed to suit every taste. Our Pineapple and Yuzu spritz packs a perfectly balanced punch of sweetness, tartness, freshness and fragrance. We combine Rhubarb and Ginger to create a sensuously sweet, pungent, spicy, warm and ticklishly tart Spritz. Not into alcohol? Not a problem, we have alcohol free alternatives, such as our Orchard Spritz - Elderflower, apple juice and soda with a generous smattering of fresh mint and lemon.
