We are actively seeking opportunities for a longer-term extension of our York project, while we are open to
opportunities to create a second venue and help support a local team in delivering significant economic and
social impact through a SPARK* project.
We are open to opportunities whether that be vacant brownfield sites, small car parking plots or empty buildings. We are also able to provide consultancy support to help you develop your own project.
We want to continue to innovate in redefining the relationship between landlord and tenant, where landlords take a more active role in incentivising social impact within leases through rent reductions and incentives.
